About the role
Citi’s 10-week Commercial Banking Summer Analyst Program in Seoul offers penultimate-year undergraduates an immersive experience supporting a global business serving mid-sized companies. Participants work on projects, receive training and mentoring, and develop an understanding of commercial banking, including lending, cash management, trade, foreign exchange, derivatives, and capital markets solutions.
Role and business
- Join Citi’s Commercial Banking team in Asia, serving mid-sized companies through commercial banking services.
- Complete projects while assigned to one of Citi’s key businesses or functions during the program.
- Build a broad understanding of Commercial Banking and Citi’s operational intricacies.
- Gain exposure to lending, cash management, trade, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and capital markets solutions.
Program and development
- Receive training covering essential skills, knowledge, and a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture.
- Participate in buddy programs, networking events, speaker series, mentorship, and structured development opportunities.
- Develop a broad view of Citi’s business through training, career development programming, and immersive project experience.
Candidate profile
- Previous work experience is not required; dedication to learning and passion for the business are important.
