About the role

Citi’s 10-week Commercial Banking Summer Analyst Program in Shanghai offers immersive project experience across relationship management, credit lending, client strategy, business planning, KYC and control, and process design. The program includes training, orientation, mentoring, networking and development opportunities, preparing penultimate-year bachelor’s or master’s students for future banking careers.

Role and team

• Join Citi Commercial Banking in Asia, serving mid-sized, trade-oriented companies with revenues between $10 million and $3 billion.
• Support a business providing lending, cash management, trade, foreign exchange, derivatives and capital markets solutions.
• Gain broad exposure to Commercial Banking and Citi’s operational processes.

Training and development

• Complete structured training covering essential skills, knowledge and Citi’s culture.
