Wealth - Private Bank, Summer Analyst, Singapore, 2027

About the role

Citi’s 10-week Wealth (Private Bank) Summer Analyst Program in Singapore offers penultimate-year students immersive experience across private banking teams. Participants receive intensive training, mentorship, networking and a tailored project while developing a broad understanding of wealth management, client service and Citi’s operations. The program starts in 2027.

Role and assignments

• Join a Citi Private Bank business or function after completing initial training.
• Work on a tailored project providing an in-depth, immersive experience.
• Potential assignments include Banking, Investment Solutions and Product, Investment Counselling, Lending, or the Chief Investment Office.
• Develop a broad understanding of the Wealth business and Citi’s operational processes.

Training and development

• Complete intensive introductory training covering essential skills, knowledge and Citi’s culture.
• Participate in mentoring programmes, networking events, speaker series and structured development opportunities.
• Build knowledge and skills intended to support a potential long-term career with Citi.

Candidate profile

• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Show analytical and quantitative capabilities, curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Bring a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and prioritise client service.
• Demonstrate interest in Wealth trends and a commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
