About the role

Citi’s 10-week Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program in Singapore combines intensive training, mentoring, networking and a tailored business project. Participants gain broad exposure to Wealth and may join teams spanning advisory, digital, business execution, investment solutions, data analytics or risk management.

Program Experience

• Complete intensive training covering essential skills, knowledge and Citi’s culture.
• Join a Wealth business or function and complete a tailored project.
• Participate in mentoring programmes, networking events, speaker series and structured development opportunities.
• Develop a broad understanding of the Wealth business and Citi’s operational intricacies.

Candidate Requirements

• Be in the penultimate year of university, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• Show strong understanding of the global banking landscape and prioritise client service.
• Bring curiosity, commitment to learning, collaboration and interest in Wealth and digital trends.
• Have strong communication, planning, organisational, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, ethical decision-making and desire to understand the financial industry.
