About the role

Citi’s 10-week Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program in Singapore combines intensive training, tailored team placement, mentorship, networking, speaker series, and structured development. Assignments may span advisory, digital, business execution, wealth, analytics, risk, or investment solutions. Candidates should be penultimate-year students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.

Candidate Requirements

• Be in the penultimate year of a university degree in any discipline, graduating December 2027–June 2028.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Show strong analytical and quantitative skills, curiosity, initiative, and commitment to personal development.
• Understand the global banking landscape and prioritise client service.
• Demonstrate genuine interest in Wealth and digital trends, with a desire to learn and apply knowledge.
