About the role

Citi’s 10-week Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program in Hong Kong develops future wealth-business talent through intensive training, a tailored team project, mentoring, networking, and speaker sessions. Applicants should be penultimate-year university students graduating December 2027–June 2028, with leadership, communication, analytical skills, client focus, and interest in wealth and digital trends.

Program Responsibilities

• Join a Citi Wealth business or function based on current business requirements.
• Complete a tailored project providing an immersive experience within the assigned team.
• Develop a broad understanding of the Wealth business and Citi’s operational activities.
• Participate in mentoring, networking events, speaker series, and structured development opportunities.

• Frontline Advisory; Investment Insurance and Advisory; Digital; Business Execution.
• Wealth Continuum; Data Analytics; Risk Management; Investment Solutions and Products.

Requirements

• Be in the penultimate year of university, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Show analytical and quantitative ability, curiosity, initiative, and commitment to personal development.
• Understand the global banking landscape and prioritise client service.
• Demonstrate interest in Wealth, digital trends, and developing financial-industry knowledge.
• Maintain a strong commitment to integrity, ethical decision-making, and collaborative teamwork.
