About the role
Citadel’s Associate Program is a summer internship for undergraduates interested in long/short equities investing. Participants work with portfolio managers, analysts, and educators to build models, analyze companies and industries, conduct research, evaluate opportunities, and contribute to investment discussions. Successful completion leads to a full-time Associate role on an equities investing team.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and analyze companies, industries, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct bottom-up investment research using external data sources and market information.
- Contribute to research projects, investment discussions, and pitching activities.
- Synthesize data and research into well-supported investment views.
- Work directly with portfolio managers, analysts, educators, and investment teams.
- Use the technology, data, and risk systems supporting Citadel’s investment platform.
