About the role
Citadel’s Human Resources MBA Internship offers graduate and MBA students the opportunity to work across HR, partner with stakeholders, and deliver projects supporting talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, professional development, and organizational change. Placements may include People Operations, Benefits, Learning and Development, or People Analytics in New York.
Responsibilities
- Understand Citadel’s business model and align global talent strategy with high-growth business units.
- Diagnose organizational design challenges and recommend streamlined structures and optimized workflows.
- Analyze attrition, performance, and engagement data to produce actionable talent insights.
- Design and scale professional development curricula and career progression frameworks.
- Partner with HR leadership, HR business partners, and stakeholders on organizational change initiatives.
- Prepare executive-ready recommendations and present them clearly to senior leadership.
