The Citadel Associate Program (CAP) is a full-time 2027 graduate program in New York focused on developing early-career talent in long/short equities investing through hands-on experience and training.

Program Objectives
- Develop foundational investing skills in long/short equities.
- Build financial modeling, company analysis, and investment research capabilities.
- Evaluate businesses, industries, and investment opportunities via bottom-up research.
- Work directly with portfolio managers, analysts, and investment teams.
- Synthesize data, research, and market information into investment views.

Role Responsibilities
- Build financial models and analyze companies and industries.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to research projects.
- Participate in investment discussions and pitching.
- Work with external data sources and internal teams.
- Apply analytical rigor and research process in real-time.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $125,000 to $135,000.
