Role and Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation models and trading approaches using machine learning and statistics.
• Apply deep learning, NLP, and AI to extract patterns from diverse datasets.
• Implement algorithms in high-quality code, primarily Python or C++.
• Work with large, unconventional, and unstructured data sources.
• Back-test models and document research findings thoroughly.

Candidate Requirements

• PhD in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, or related quantitative field.
• Strong research record in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or AI.
• Experience in data-driven research environments.
• Proficient programming skills in Python or C++.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and use algorithms for large data analysis and error checking.
