About the role

Role and Responsibilities

• Entry-level position in Trading and Quant organization with exposure to entire business.
• Work with trading or quantitative teams on trade execution, strategy, back-testing, and data analysis.
• Model and price traded financial derivatives.
• Communicate with traders, risk managers, software engineers, and quants.
• Learn all aspects of trading and quant operations.
• Work towards roles generating trading revenue or strategy development.

Training and Development

• In-house education with formal classroom work and mock trading.
• Real-time practical exposure to derivatives markets.
• Introduction to options pricing, theory, and trading philosophies.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree, any major.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with basic or willing to learn Python programming.
