Role and Responsibilities
- Work alongside software engineers to design, solve, and test complex coding problems.
- Develop tools for traders and quants to price, trade, and manage risk in real time.
- Experience short development cycles with frequent software releases.
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic tooling to enhance productivity.
- Deliver a technical project mirroring a full-time Software Engineering Associate role.

Program Details
- 8-week internship from mid-June to early August 2027 in Chicago, IL.
- Includes classroom learning: Basics of Options, Market Making, and Quant Curriculum.

Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- Experience with Java, C++, or Python programming languages.
- Graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong foundation in data structures, OOP, and algorithms.
- Highly motivated, humble, collaborative, and effective communicator.

- Monthly salary of $14,500 plus a signing bonus.
