Role and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a trading team using technology and quantitative analysis to identify trading opportunities.
- Collaborate with traders, risk managers, software engineers, and quants during trading.
- Learn all aspects of tech-driven trading operations to generate trading revenue.
- Participate in data-driven research for alpha generation.
- Develop expertise in financial markets and trading technology through integrated curriculum.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any major or concentration.
- Demonstrated record of academic or other success.
- Willingness to relocate to Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Python programming.
