Junior Finance Analyst
BTIG EMEA seeks a Junior Finance Analyst in London to support finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end activities. The role requires accuracy, ownership, and proactive collaboration to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Process and pay supplier invoices and payments for BTIG entities.
- Validate, code, route, and post supplier invoices per policy.
- Prepare supplier payments with approvals and maintain audit trails.
- Support transaction tax reporting and payments.
- Manage RCA/CSA payments and reconciliations, investigate breaks.

Additional Duties
- Perform bank reconciliations and clear reconciling items promptly.
- Prepare and post journals; substantiate balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct month-end intercompany reconciliations and resolve differences.
- Maintain intercompany schedules and support balance sign-offs.
- Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions with compliance.

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance or relevant experience.
- 0–1 years experience in finance operational support role.
- Strong Excel skills including pivots and data reconciliation.
- Experience with finance systems; NetSuite/Workday a plus.
- High attention to detail and ownership; meet month-end deadlines.
