Role Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models for analysis and client recommendations.
- Monitor daily news flow for senior analysts.
- Conduct primary research via surveys, polling, and expert interviews.
- Assist in writing detailed research reports and investment themes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with company management and industry contacts.

Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in investment banking or equity research preferred.
- Strong work ethic and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to create and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Interest in the Software sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Work Conditions
- Estimated base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
