BTIG seeks an Analyst or Associate to support Equity Research in Consumer sector, focusing on financial analysis, industry research, and report writing. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years experience and strong communication skills.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models for analysis and client recommendations.
- Keep senior analysts updated on daily news flow.
- Conduct primary research including surveys and interviews.
- Assist in writing research reports and investment themes.
- Develop relationships with company management and industry contacts.

Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in investment banking or equity research preferred.
- Strong work ethic and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to create and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Demonstrated interest in the consumer sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Licensing and Work Authorization
- Series SIE, 63, 86 & 87 licenses preferred but not required.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
- BTIG does not sponsor work visas.

Compensation
- Estimated base salary range $90,000 - $150,000 per year.
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses and overtime.
