Role Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and clerical tasks to business groups.
- Compile, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions.
- Administer filing systems for business and operational reports.
- Create and maintain databases with relevant information.
- Prepare funding approval requests and track department budgets.

Additional Duties
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate audio-visual equipment and catering.
- Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for management.
- Answer phone lines and resolve or escalate inquiries.
- Write, edit, and distribute communications materials.

Collaboration and Compliance
- Liaise with internal units and external vendors for office changes.
- Perform initial problem solving and escalate non-routine issues.
- Apply Risk Management Framework in role execution.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Certificate in Office Administration is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in business.
- Basic organization and collaboration skills in business environment.
