About the role

Ten-week internship in BMO’s Strategy & Change function in Newport Beach, California. Beginning June 7, 2027, interns support business programs and projects through research, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, risk documentation, strategic initiatives, change management, and tailored communications. Full-term availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the management, design, development, and execution of assigned business programs and projects.
• Analyze operations, challenges, best practices, and industry trends to inform program strategy.
• Analyze data and prepare regular or ad hoc reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
• Investigate and document program risks, track exceptions and approvals, and support risk-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives and track strategic milestones.
• Support change management activities and develop tailored messaging, including writing, editing, and distributing communications.
