Wealth Management Internship, Summer 2027- Chicago, IL (10 Weeks)

About the role

This 10-week Summer 2027 internship in Chicago supports strategy and change programs within wealth management. You will help design, execute, monitor, and communicate program initiatives, analyze operations and risks, prepare reports and dashboards, track milestones, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project management, including component development, execution, and promotion.
• Analyze operations, challenges, best practices, and industry trends to inform program strategy.
• Investigate, document, and monitor program risks, issues, exceptions, metrics, and milestones.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, tracking reports, and organized work information.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Support change management, tailored communications, escalations, and implementation of program processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization, collaboration, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Specialized knowledge is desirable.
• A related post-secondary degree and typically two to three years of relevant experience are desirable.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Risk Responsibilities

• Apply the Risk Management Framework, approved Risk Appetite, and applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
• Make sound, risk-informed decisions that align with business strategy and protect bank assets.
