Project Coordinator, Winter 2027 (Co-op/Internship) - 4 Months

About the role

Four-month Winter 2027 co-op/internship supporting business and group programs, strategic initiatives, change management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and data-driven recommendations at BMO in Toronto. Students gain practical experience while contributing to program execution, communications, performance tracking, risk documentation, and implementation of solutions across internal and external stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support management and execution of assigned business or group programs and projects, including design, development, implementation, and delivery.
• Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy, stakeholder needs, operational challenges, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, change activities, communications, and program processes.
• Analyze data, track performance, metrics, milestones, exceptions, risks, and issues; prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Support change management through readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment activities.
• Create tailored messaging, communication plans, reports, and tracking information; communicate program principles, strategies, processes, and standards.

Program and Application

• The position is a Winter 2027 co-op/internship based at 33 Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario.
• Only students currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to their studies will be considered.
