About the role
This four-month Winter 2027 co-op/internship in Toronto supports process and change management. The analyst helps design, document, implement, measure, streamline, and improve business processes while collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, supporting training and transitions, and ensuring alignment with business, risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, measure, and manage processes aligned with business and stakeholder requirements.
- Build stakeholder relationships, support alignment, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic problems.
- Document process flows, playbooks, end-user materials, templates, and other materials for stakeholder review and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify, automate, streamline, and integrate processes to improve efficiency.
- Support process training, transitions, process ownership, reporting, compliance tracking, and operational effectiveness.
- Resolve process issues and contribute to core process transformation, productivity improvements, and enhanced customer or employee experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Typically requires one to two years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree, or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, business processes, procedures, controls, and project lifecycle standards.
- Working understanding of applicable risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Relevant marketing, communications, presentation, project management, advanced analytics, data analysis, or reporting experience.
- Ability to work mostly independently, exercise judgment, think creatively, and propose solutions within established rules.
