Role Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders in executing strategic business priorities.
- Gather and analyze data to improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop solutions and provide recommendations based on business strategy.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Lead or participate in change management and communication plans.

Key Activities
- Conduct independent review and resolution of strategic issues.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as primary contact for service/customer complaint escalations.
- Integrate information from multiple sources to streamline reporting.
- Apply risk management framework in decision-making.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies.
- Typically 3-5 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills.
- Ability to work mostly independently and exercise judgment.
