Join BMO as a Systems Analyst Co-op/Intern for 4 months to support mission-critical systems, monitor infrastructure, and resolve incidents. Gain hands-on experience in IT operations and technology support within a collaborative team environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and restore service for mission-critical systems 24/7 to meet business service levels.
- Provide Help/Service Desk support and coordinate incident management.
- Deploy automated code and changes to production environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support infrastructure and application operations.
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify operational improvements.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies post-internship.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of IT operating processes including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Familiarity with support and operations practices and technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Program Details
- Duration: 4 months (Fall 2026)

- Salary range: $50,100 - $93,000 annually (pro-rated for internship)
