Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems.
- Run ML tests and experiments, retrain systems to prevent drift.
- Solve complex problems with multi-layered data sets and optimize ML libraries.
- Develop ML applications, implement algorithms, and build tools.
- Convert unstructured data into useful information using auto-tagging and text-to-speech.

- Work mostly independently with occasional broader accountabilities.
- Think creatively and propose new solutions to problems.
- Exercise judgment to identify and solve problems within guidelines.
- Apply BMO's Risk Management Framework to make sound, risk-informed decisions.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in systems thinking, math, statistics, and operations research.
- Skills in critical thinking, creative reasoning, computational thinking, and programming.
- Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning, scaling models, and CI/CD.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Motivated individuals currently enrolled in academic programs, eager to learn.
