Role Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, licenses, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.
- Handle user support tickets and execute business unit test plans.
- Configure Salesforce including Flow Builder, fields, layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
- Gather requirements and design best practice solutions to improve user experience.
- Monitor user adoption and provide training with supporting materials.

Candidate Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce administration and product features.
- Experience with AI business tools, Power BI, Excel, and Agile methodologies.
