Role Responsibilities
- Support short- and long-term management of the bank's structural balance sheet and liquidity portfolio.
- Execute management framework optimizing market risk exposures from interest rate and FX changes.
- Develop cost-effective hedging strategies to optimize risk-return.
- Monitor regulatory requirements, identify gaps, and recommend actions based on market trends.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations; prepare reports and dashboards.

Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with large data sets, balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA for process automation.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment within risk management framework.
