Actuarial Analyst, Pricing (Co-op/Internship) - 4 months

Role Responsibilities
- Price insurance products using current actuarial assumptions and technology.
- Perform cash flow testing and monitor insurance product profitability.
- Analyze competitor insurance products for high net worth and other markets.
- Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and validate Excel models for product values and profitability.

Additional Duties
- Analyze company data for management reporting on industry and business trends.
- Provide input for process improvements and operational programs.
- Offer actuarial expertise for management reporting and special projects.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify business growth opportunities.
- Coordinate management information for audits and reporting.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in actuarial science or mathematics degree program.
- Completed at least 1 SOA exam; pursuing FSA/FCIA designation.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and work ethic skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access database.
- Knowledge of life insurance products is an asset.
