Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personal banking, investment, and credit card guidance.
• Recommend digital, self-service, and alternative banking channels to simplify customers’ banking experiences.
• Identify referral opportunities and connect customers with specialists for broader financial solutions.
• Process customer transactions and support applications, escalated requests, filing, inventory, and branch opening or closing.
• Contribute to branch results through consultative conversations, marketing programs, and personalized customer service.
• Follow risk, compliance, privacy, anti-money-laundering, legal, and regulatory requirements.
