About the role

Four-month Winter 2027 co-op/internship supporting BMO’s Corporate Real Estate initiatives in Toronto. The role combines operational coordination, strategic analysis, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, communications, and change-management activities. Candidates should bring analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills, plus a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Corporate Real Estate initiatives and programs.
  • Analyze business needs, strategic issues, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate strategic initiative activities, tracking milestones and metrics while preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Support day-to-day CRE operational processes, program management activities, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on CRE processes, workflows, tools, communications, and business process improvements.
  • Participate in change-management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment.
