Role Responsibilities

  • Support planning, development, and delivery of Corporate Real Estate initiatives.
  • Develop solutions based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Execute strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis to resolve strategic issues and provide recommendations.
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

Operational Duties

  • Support day-to-day CRE operational processes and program management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and sustain CRE workflows and tools.
  • Communicate and reinforce CRE principles, programs, and standards.
  • Develop tailored messaging including writing and editing communications.
  • Analyze data to provide CRE insights and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise processes, products, systems, and policies.
  • Experience identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills.
