Join BMO as an Information Coordinator intern supporting Corporate Real Estate initiatives. Develop solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, analyze data, and assist in operational processes to enhance employee experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Support planning, development, and delivery of Corporate Real Estate initiatives.
- Develop solutions based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Execute strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis to resolve strategic issues and provide recommendations.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

Operational Duties
- Support day-to-day CRE operational processes and program management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and sustain CRE workflows and tools.
- Communicate and reinforce CRE principles, programs, and standards.
- Develop tailored messaging including writing and editing communications.
- Analyze data to provide CRE insights and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise processes, products, systems, and policies.
- Experience identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills.
