About the role
Four-month Winter 2027 co-op/internship supporting BMO’s Corporate Real Estate Project Management Office in Toronto. The role contributes to strategic initiatives, operational processes, reporting, dashboards, change management, stakeholder communications, and process improvements while analyzing data and coordinating implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, development, implementation, and delivery of Corporate Real Estate PMO initiatives and programs.
- Analyze data, identify strategic issues, and provide insights, recommendations, reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate strategic initiative activities, tracking metrics, milestones, implementation, and sustainment.
- Support change management activities, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on CRE processes, workflows, program tools, communications, and operational activities.
- Identify process improvements, solve problems within established rules, and propose creative solutions.
Qualifications
- Campus-program candidates should be motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn.
- Knowledge of enterprise processes, products, systems, organizational relationships, policies, and procedures is required.
- Experience identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements is relevant to the role.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills are expected.
- Full-time employees would require three to five years of experience; this expectation differs for campus candidates.
