Role Responsibilities
- Monitor and restore service for mission-critical systems 24/7/365 to meet business service levels.
- Provide help desk support and coordinate incident management and change deployments.
- Deploy automated code and recovery scripts to production environments.
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify operational improvements.
- Support deployment activities and resolve implementation issues.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies post-internship.
- Strong desire to learn with understanding of IT operating processes and support practices.
- Technical and business knowledge of systems, tools, and dependencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment within guidelines.
