About the role

Join BMO Capital Markets as a Client Enablement Analyst Intern supporting client onboarding with automation, data analysis, and process improvement. Gain experience in capital markets operations and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and low-code tools.
  • Create and update client documentation with Adobe InDesign.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve process efficiency.
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Manage online portal for electronic delivery of confirmations and statements.
  • Perform quality control and data assurance checks on client accounts.

Additional Duties

  • Review escalations and queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offshore team activities.
  • Assist with data preparation and reconciliation for projects.
  • Support management with data analysis and insights.
  • Document and maintain operational procedures.
  • Propose new automation solutions and solve problems within guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or non-MBA master's student graduating Dec 2027-2029.
  • Strong academic record and interest in finance.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with AI, data analytics, or coding (Python, SQL, VBA).
  • Familiarity with process automation tools like Power Automate.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign for document creation.
