Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support and clerical tasks to support business groups.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Support change management and coordinate work schedules and resources.
  • Prepare funding requests and track department budgets and invoices.
  • Schedule meetings, book travel, and manage office supplies inventory.

Additional Duties

  • Verify staff timesheets and track attendance data.
  • Coordinate office relocations and equipment maintenance requests.
  • Resolve or escalate invoice discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases for business documentation.
  • Monitor work quality and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Certificate in Office Administration is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of business unit products, services, and controls.
  • Good understanding of risk, regulatory requirements, and office equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
