Role and Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and clerical tasks to support business groups.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Support change management and coordinate work schedules and resources.
- Prepare funding requests and track department budgets and invoices.
- Schedule meetings, book travel, and manage office supplies inventory.

Additional Duties
- Verify staff timesheets and track attendance data.
- Coordinate office relocations and equipment maintenance requests.
- Resolve or escalate invoice discrepancies and inquiries.
- Maintain filing systems and databases for business documentation.
- Monitor work quality and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Certificate in Office Administration is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of business unit products, services, and controls.
- Good understanding of risk, regulatory requirements, and office equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
