About the role
This eight-month Toronto internship supports BMO marketing projects, programs, events, and communications. The coordinator helps plan and deliver marketing solutions, maintain collateral and digital content, track budgets and inventory, prepare reports, and coordinate stakeholder, translation, and regulatory-approval processes while ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing projects, programs, events, conferences, strategic initiatives, and operational programs.
- Develop, produce, update, and distribute communications, presentations, sales tools, articles, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain internal web content, presentations, sales aids, marketing inventories, team schedules, and budgets.
- Gather, format, and report data through regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate stakeholder collaboration, translations, regulatory approvals, and communication distribution processes.
- Track budgets against actual results and deliver timely, accurate, efficient marketing support.
Work Environment
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and align materials with brand standards.
- Develop recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Work mostly independently, using judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within established rules.
- Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework, approved policies, laws, and regulations when executing responsibilities.
