• Analyze third-party reports like appraisal and environmental reports.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate degree, graduating Spring 2028-2030.
• Specializing in real estate, commerce, finance, economics, math, or engineering.
• Strong academic achievement and peer recognition.
• Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; Argus Software a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a team environment.
• Experience in real estate appraisal, asset management, or financial analysis is an asset.
