Responsibilities
- Run valuation analyses and complex financial modeling.
- Conduct industry and company research and analysis.
- Develop client presentations and marketing memoranda.
- Support client relationships and business development.
- Work with public and private debt and equity financings.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory tasks.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in undergraduate degree, graduating Spring 2028.
- Excellent academic standing and extracurricular involvement.
- Strong analytical skills in finance and credit analysis.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
- Interest in Metals & Mining industry preferred.
