Student Experience Specialist, Fall 2026 (Co-op/Internship) - 4 Months

Support the planning and execution of student and early talent programs and events, ensuring positive experiences through logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Develop presentations, manage budgets, and analyze program effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events including logistics and vendor management.
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and communications for program initiatives.
  • Build and track event and program budgets ensuring delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless program and event execution.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to internal and external groups.

Program Management

  • Support development of program strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze program outcomes and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Manage change management and communications for program enhancements.
  • Track program performance and address issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program.
  • Experience planning and executing events through clubs or internships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for impactful experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Typically 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Working program management skills and specialized knowledge.
  • In-depth verbal, written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and work independently with good judgment.
  • Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with customer-service focus.
