Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy business solutions like pricing and risk models.
  • Capture and display market data; develop spreadsheets and client presentations.
  • Provide insights into trading strategies using quantitative modeling.
  • Improve technology systems, internal reporting, and client/management presentations.
  • Conduct market, portfolio, and client research and data analytics.

Desk Specific Responsibilities

  • Analyze global and Canadian crude oil and gas market fundamentals.
  • Review and organize existing models and data feeds for Canadian crude.
  • Enhance infrastructure and support ad hoc projects for sales and trading.
  • Maintain and distribute marketing infrastructure, pitch books, and market analysis.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in undergraduate or non-MBA Master's program graduating 2028-2030.
  • Strong academic record and extracurricular achievements.
  • Interest and knowledge in financial and/or energy markets.
  • Excellent research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, detail-oriented with strong work ethic and integrity.
