Responsibilities

• Support assigned business programs or projects through design, development, implementation, promotion, and delivery.
• Analyze operations, challenges, best practices, industry trends, and data to provide program insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, exception reports, and initiative tracking materials.
• Track strategic initiative metrics and milestones while supporting change management and process standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop tailored written communications.
• Investigate issues, determine next steps, handle escalations, and document program risks.

Risk and Governance

• Apply the Risk Management Framework, approved policies, laws, regulations, and risk appetite when executing responsibilities.
• Make sound, risk-informed decisions that support business strategy and protect bank assets.
