About the role

This 10-week wealth management internship in Milwaukee supports business and group programs or projects. Interns help design, execute, and monitor initiatives, analyze operations and risks, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Support management and execution of assigned business or group programs and projects.
  • Analyze operations, challenges, best practices, and industry trends to inform program strategy.
  • Track strategic initiative metrics, milestones, risks, exceptions, and corresponding approvals.
  • Gather and format data for regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and tracking reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support communications, change management, and program execution.
  • Analyze issues, determine next steps, and handle escalations within established rules and limits.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational, collaboration, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable.
  • Typically, two to three years of relevant experience is expected.
  • Specialized knowledge is listed as a qualification.
