Role Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and clerical tasks to support business groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives per policies and controls.
- Coordinate scheduling, resource forecasting, and monitor work quality.
- Prepare funding requests and track department budget and invoices.
- Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

Additional Duties
- Verify staff timesheets and track attendance data.
- Liaise with internal units and vendors for office changes and relocations.
- Analyze issues and escalate non-routine problems as needed.
- Apply risk management framework to protect the bank and align with policies.
- Support change management and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student returning to studies; 2-3 years relevant experience or equivalent.
- Certificate in Office Administration desirable.
- Good knowledge of business unit products, services, processes, and controls.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with transactional documentation and workflow priorities.
