Role and Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and clerical tasks for business groups.
- Manage filing systems and maintain business documentation.

- Track and process department budget and invoices, resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate work orders for equipment maintenance and repairs.

Additional Duties
- Verify staff timesheets and track attendance data.
- Liaise with internal units and vendors for office changes and relocations.
- Support development and distribution of communications materials.
- Perform initial problem solving and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Certificate in Office Administration is desirable.
