Responsibilities
- Provide general office and clerical support to business groups, facilitating operations under policies, processes, and controls.
- Compile, file, and maintain records, reports, forms, databases, and operational documentation.
- Prepare funding requests; track budgets, capital expenditure invoices, discrepancies, and accounts-payable resolutions.
- Coordinate work orders, office supplies, meetings, travel arrangements, equipment, room setup, and conference calls.
- Answer phone lines, handle inquiries, and prepare, edit, distribute, or update communications and departmental procedures.
- Verify timesheets and attendance; coordinate premises changes with business units and vendors, escalating non-routine issues.
