This 4-month co-op/internship in Ottawa supports Investment Advisors and branch operations with administrative tasks and client service to help grow client relationships.

Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize client database and files.
- Develop rapport to promote positive client experience and retain long-term relationships.
- Assist in managing client portfolios to retain and grow relationships.
- Support Investment Advisors with customized investment-related advice and services.
- Collaborate with market, BMO partners, and community to deliver customer experience.

Additional Duties
- Protect bank and client assets complying with regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and bank information.
- Complete standardized tasks under supervision.
- Perform initial problem solving within rules and escalate when needed.
- Take measured risks applying Risk Management Framework aligned with business strategy.

Program Details
- Duration: 4 months.

- Salary range: $32,400 - $44,100 annually, salaried.
