About the role
This four-month Winter 2027 co-op/internship in Calgary supports private wealth office operations through records, databases, invoices, meetings, travel, communications, and stakeholder coordination. Students gain campus-program experience while completing standardized administrative tasks under supervision, resolving routine issues, and escalating non-routine matters when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and clerical services for business groups, maintaining records, files, databases, and audit trails.
- Process funding requests, invoices, budget items, capital expenditures, discrepancies, work orders, and office supply orders.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate equipment and catering, arrange management travel, and prepare itineraries.
- Answer phone lines, resolve or escalate inquiries, and support written communications, reports, presentations, and procedures.
- Track timesheets, attendance, staffing changes, premises adjustments, relocations, furniture requirements, and vendor coordination.
- Complete standardized tasks under supervision, solve routine problems within established limits, and escalate issues when required.
Student Experience
