Role Responsibilities

  • Support Investment Advisors and teams with daily administration and client service.
  • Coordinate marketing activities including social media, client events, and recognition.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings and handling client inquiries.
  • Manage client databases, files, and generate reports as needed.
  • Support technology use and resolve related issues for the team.

Client Interaction

  • Develop rapport and confidence with clients to promote positive experiences.
  • Assist in managing client portfolios to retain and grow relationships.
  • Provide customized investment-related advice and services.
  • Collaborate with market, partners, and community to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of wealth management operations and products is an asset.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and investment technology applications.
  • Must meet licensing and certification requirements for the role.
  • Good verbal, written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $33,600 to $50,900, salaried plus commission.
  • Compensation varies by location, skills, experience, and education.
