Role Responsibilities
- Support Investment Advisors and teams with daily administration and client service.
- Coordinate marketing activities including social media, client events, and recognition.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and handling client inquiries.
- Manage client databases, files, and generate reports as needed.
- Support technology use and resolve related issues for the team.

Client Interaction
- Develop rapport and confidence with clients to promote positive experiences.
- Assist in managing client portfolios to retain and grow relationships.
- Provide customized investment-related advice and services.
- Collaborate with market, partners, and community to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of wealth management operations and products is an asset.
- Familiarity with financial planning and investment technology applications.
- Must meet licensing and certification requirements for the role.
- Good verbal, written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $33,600 to $50,900, salaried plus commission.
- Compensation varies by location, skills, experience, and education.
