Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to financial and investment planning teams.
  • Monitor sales and service performance, identifying gaps and best practices.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through referrals and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and sales materials for client conversations.
  • Resolve client complaints independently and escalate when necessary.

Additional Duties

  • Maintain schedules and coordinate customer meetings and office coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Protect bank assets and follow risk and compliance policies.
  • Analyze issues and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Support implementation of strategic initiatives with tracking metrics.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 year relevant experience with post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes, products, and services.
  • Relevant investment industry licensing for the jurisdiction.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
