This 4-month Administrative Assistant Internship at BMO in Brossard supports financial and investment planning teams. Interns assist with client service, marketing, data analysis, and compliance while gaining industry knowledge and skills in a collaborative environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for financial and investment planning.
  • Monitor sales and service performance against targets and identify best practices.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through referrals and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct telemarketing and outbound calls to expand business growth.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and sales materials for client conversations.

Additional Duties

  • Stay current with investment services, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Track metrics and milestones for strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Support investment client services including meeting preparation and annual reviews.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate customer meetings and office coverage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 0-1 year relevant experience with post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes and proprietary products.
  • Relevant investment industry licensing for the jurisdiction.
  • Good verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in French and English to support clients and team members in Quebec.

Program Details

  • Duration: 4 months, Fall 2026.

  • Salary range: $38,500 to $71,000 annually, salaried position.
