Role Responsibilities
- Consolidate, analyze, and report financial performance for month, quarter, and year-end closings.
- Support accounting functions to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Develop solutions and provide recommendations based on business strategy.
- Review financial information for accuracy and highlight issues.
- Prepare journal entries, reports, and financial statements per accounting standards.

- Track metrics and milestones for strategic initiatives.
- Execute routine tasks within service level agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Develop knowledge of accounting requirements and standards.
- Exercise judgment to solve problems independently.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to studies.
- Completed or near completion of an accounting designation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills.
- Motivated to learn and grow in a finance/accounting role.

- Duration: 4 months.

- Salary range: $50,100 - $93,000 annually (pro-rated for internship).
